Here is Creed's last game of the season. He loves soccer, but this team and coach has made him think twice about it. Kinda makes me sad. He has lost his confidence and drive from the season before. In the 3rd picture below he was getting the chance to be goalie. And he made a few mistakes and in this one a set of bad luck the other team scored and he obviously felt responsible and felt like such a mess up for the team he couldn't contain him self and sat on Greg's lap and cried after they traded him out. I don't say that to embarrass him, but just want to remember how much he wanted to succeed and make his teammates happy. It's always good for people to lose and have a hard time or struggle. Hopefully the experience this spring will give him the goal to set out and try harder and see there's more to being and doing in life. - Or something. :) Ha! It was sweet.
We'll see if this huge drop kick boy will try soccer again in the fall?
